    Wanderwoods Retreat is in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay, Geogia.

  • What activities do you offer?

    On property at Wanderwoods Retreat, there are several activities like a hot tub, fire pit, lit pergola with seating, stocked game room, and putting green.

    In the surrounding area, there are endless activities for hiking, mountain biking, visiting wineries, and exploring downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

  • Is there wifi at the cabin?

    The wifi at Wanderwoods Retreat is exceptionally fast - great for streaming, staying connected to the outside world, and working remotely (…if you really have to).

  • How many people does the cabin sleep?

    The cabin can sleep 8-10 people There are 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the sunroom.

  • Is there a nightly minimum to book?

    Yes, there is a 2 night minimum for anyone wishing to book Wanderwoods Retreat.

  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am.

  • When is the best time to visit?

    The Retreat has been designed to enjoy all year! You’ll want to come back to experience the fall foliage, snow flurries, spring blooms, and summer vibes.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Yes! Wanderwoods Retreat is well suited for your dogs with a doggie door leading to a large, fenced yard, a separate gated deck, and dog basics to make sure your fur babies have plenty of space to explore safely and relax with the family.

  • what's the coffee situation?

    The Retreat has a 4-in-1 coffee maker and milk frother that can help you craft complex coffee creations. We provide k-cups and tea bags. While we have a coffee grinder, we do not have a supply of coffee beans so please bring your favorite to use during your stay.
